SHIPPING

ADEM Joaillerie ships from Montreal, Canada. Orders will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed are only processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post.

Orders can be shipped immediately if the item(s) are in stock.

Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocking, or during the holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are delayed by more than 5 business days. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout. While we aim to prioritize expedited orders, standard order fulfillment times may apply during periods of high volume.

ADEM Joaillerie is not responsible for delays in tracking or delivery due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.

PACKAGE LOST

Adem Joaillerie is not responsible for packages lost in transit, misdelivered or stolen with a delivery notice confirmed at the delivery address.
